### How to Dictate

Flow offers multiple dictation modes:

1. **Hold-to-Record**: Hold the activation key, speak, release to insert text
2. **Push-to-Talk**: Press once to start, press again to stop
3. **Hands-Free Mode**: Continuous listening without manual triggers

**Activation**: By default, use the global keyboard shortcut to activate dictation. Flow works in any text field across all applications.

### First-Time Setup

1. Download and install Flow for your platform
2. Grant microphone permissions when prompted
