By using DialtoneApp you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure our ability to provide secure, reliable service while outlining your rights and responsibilities as a user.
1. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities conducted on your account.
2. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse DialtoneApp. This includes interfering with our infrastructure, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering, or using the product for unlawful or harmful purposes. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Fees, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are communicated at purchase. Unless noted otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
4. Intellectual Property
DialtoneApp retains ownership of all intellectual property in the service, including branding, software, and documentation. You gain a limited, nontransferable right to use the product as outlined in these terms.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
DialtoneApp is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialtoneApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect product improvements or regulatory changes. When we do, we will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
