# University Bible Fellowship (UBF)

> University Bible Fellowship (UBF) is an international, non-denominational evangelical campus ministry founded in 1961 in South Korea by Samuel Lee and Sarah Barry. UBF operates in 96 countries with over 90 chapters and 1,800 missionaries. The organization is dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and raising disciples through Bible study, primarily on university campuses. UBF is headquartered at 2424 W. Albion Ave, Chicago, IL 60645, USA.

## About

UBF began in 1961 when Samuel Lee, a Korean pastor, and Sarah Barry, an American missionary, started a Bible study for university students in Gwangju, South Korea. Over 60 years, the ministry has grown into an international organization with chapters across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and Oceania. UBF's core activities include inductive Bible study, one-to-one discipleship, world mission conferences, and daily devotional publishing.
