# Sectorinstituut Transport en logistiek

> De Sector Transport en Logistiek (STL) is actief op de arbeidsmarkt in transport en logistiek. Opgericht door en vóór de sector, zorgt STL voor meer instroom en minder uitstroom. STL werkt voor bedrijven en de mensen die er werken, en brengt ze in beweging en helpt ze op weg. Zodat mensen met plezier aan het werk gaan en blijven. De sociale partners in de sector hebben STL opgericht om ervoor te zorgen dat de arbeidsmarkt in de sector transport en logistiek in balans is en dat werknemers veilig, gezond en trots hun werk kunnen doen. STL verbetert mobiliteit door het organiseren van de instroom van medewerkers en het versterken van duurzame inzetbaarheid in de sector.
