We are not software — we are a full-service accounting team that uses AI and automation to deliver expert property accounting at up to 50% lower cost than in-house teams. Proper AI was founded in 2017. We employ 201-500 people including accountants from Big Four firms and Fortune 500 companies, with an acceptance rate under 6%. We work inside your existing property management software (AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, RentManager, Buildium, Entrata, and others). Pricing is per-unit for residential or per-SQFT for commercial, billed month-to-month with no onboarding fees.
