## Investment Products

### Asset-Based Securities
Notes backed by portfolios of underlying assets including SMB loans, merchant cash advances, consumer loans, trade finance receivables, medical receivables, litigation funding, and payroll advances. Collateral generates cash flows for repayment.

### Percent Blended Notes (PBN)
Diversified investment products that algorithmically allocate capital across multiple deals, providing exposure to various asset classes, credit profiles, and geographies in a single investment.

## Investor Requirements

Percent is exclusively available to accredited investors as defined by SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D. Qualification criteria include:
- Individual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 with spouse) in each of the prior two years with reasonable expectation of the same
- Net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence), individually or with spouse
- Holders of Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 licenses
- Knowledgeable employees of private funds
- LLCs and Family Offices with $5 million+ assets under management

Currently available only to U.S. accredited investors with U.S. bank accounts. Investment offerings are Reg D 506(c) exempt.

- Deal maturities: 3 to 36 months (average approximately 9 months)
- Minimum investment: As low as $500 for individual deals
- Income distribution: Generally monthly
- Fees: Apply only to interest earned (for direct investing)
