Outlier Ventures (OV) is a Web3 venture studio and accelerator with a 13-year track record. OV System State visualises OV's intellectual lineage — the Post Web thesis — as interactive force-directed graphs and intent-routed surfaces. The app is fully static (React 18, HTML5 canvas, deployed on Vercel) with graph data synced from Notion at build time.

Key concepts:

- **Post Web thesis** — OV's framework for the convergence of AI agents and decentralised infrastructure. The browsing web dissolves; agents become the primary users of protocols.
- **Provenance graph** — Intellectual lineage from 2014 to 2026: thesis claims, concepts, investments, organisations, publications, and milestones connected by `influenced_by` edges.
- **Portfolio graph** — 350+ portfolio companies organised by Cohort, Industry, and Vertical hubs with progressive disclosure.
- **Conviction Markets** — A new on-chain primitive for coordinating capital, attention, and labour around problems worth solving. Not a prediction market — a commitment market where time and sustained participation compound.
- **MCP tools** — Five Model Context Protocol endpoints: Thesis Positions, Conviction Markets, Portfolio Signal, Skill Lookup, Provenance Graph.
