The work is about developing a scheduler to harmonise the energy usage of any computing workload. The team (in collaboration with IIIT Delhi) have developed : 1. A profiler to measure the energy consumption of any compute workload (programming language agnostics) and2. Developed a way about how to reduce the carbon footprint by scheduling/distributing the compute load in a shared memory system.

Abstract The feasibility of the C₁₀₀ fullerene as a nanocontainer for glycine, alanine, and serine has been investigated using density functional theory (B3LYP-D3), second-order Møller–Plesset perturbation theory, and the domain-based local pair natural orbital–coupled cluster singles doubles and perturbative triples (DLPNO-CCSD(T)) method. The interaction energies for glycine@C₁₀₀, alanine@C₁₀₀, and serine@C₁₀₀ are calculated to be −47.8, −45.5, and −43.8 kcal mol−1, respectively,

She also facilitated a workshop titled ‘Courting Cultures’ at the festival, where she explored the cosmopolitan past of early modern South India, tracing the multicultural influences embedded within Sadir. Drawing on interactions with Islamic lineages, as well as Persian, Dakhni, Marathi, West Asian, and European traditions, the workshop highlighted how South India’s artistic practices are deeply interconnected and collectively inherited.

- [SIAS UG student Yashvi Sharma represents India, wins Gold at IKMF World Championship](https://krea.edu.in/2025/12/18/sias-ug-student-yashvi-sharma-represents-india-wins-gold-at-ikmf-world-championship/): Yashvi Sharma, Cohort of 2022-26, SIAS and a star capstone student, represented India at the IKMF World Championship held in Hungary and delivered a remarkable performance by winning a gold medal in kettlebell sport. Competing in the one-arm long cycle marathon event, she completed an impressive 592 repetitions with a 12 kg kettlebell, securing the top position at the world stage.

Her proposal was selected for presentation among 31 proposals out of more than 120 submissions. The previous year Dr Narayanan developed low-cost cameras to observe a broad band of near infrared emissions known as OH airglow. This is a sequel to that project. In the present project, the team will try to measure individual airglow spectral lines (contrary to the broad band emissions) from the edge of space.
