## Service Plans and Pricing

GNG offers several types of natural gas plans designed to meet different customer needs and preferences.

### Variable Price Plans
Variable price plans bill gas usage at a price per therm that may change or remain the same monthly. The per-therm price is influenced by wholesale gas costs, weather, market conditions, and other factors. These plans have no long-term contract requirements.

- **Variable Select Plan**: Standard variable price plan with no long-term contract or cancellation fees. Customer Service Charge ranges from $3.99-$6.99 per month based on credit criteria and payment history.

- **Market Intro Plan**: For new customers only, offering the lowest variable rate and no Customer Service Charge for the first two months. After two months, customers automatically move to the Variable Select plan with applicable Customer Service Charge.

- **Senior Discount Plan**: Available to customers 65+ years with total annual combined income of $30,120 or less. Offers lower per-therm rate and potential discount on AGLC Base Charge up to $14 per month. Requires submission of Senior Discount Application.

- **Market Advantage Plan**: Variable rate plan with per-therm rate guaranteed to be at least $0.05 per therm lower than Variable Select rate. Customer Service Charge ranges from $4.99-$7.99 per month.

### Fixed Price Plans

Early termination charge: $150 if cancelled during first six months, $75 if cancelled during last six months. Automatically renews for another 12 months with 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

### Credit Builder Plans
Credit builder plans are designed for customers establishing or rebuilding credit, typically requiring prepayment rather than deposits.

- **Pre-Pay Guaranteed Bill Plan**: Flat bill plan requiring advance payment. No deposit required. Offers predictable monthly amount and protection against high winter bills. Early termination charges same as standard Guaranteed Bill plan.

- **Late Charge**: Assessed when account becomes past due by $30 or more. Amount: 1.5% of unpaid amount, minimum $10.

- **Early Termination Charge**: Assessed when customer breaches fixed price or flat bill agreement. Amount varies by plan and time remaining in contract. - **Seasonal Reconnection Charge**: Fee when service is disconnected and reconnected at same location within 12 months. Amount: Pass-through charge from AGLC. Waived for participants in GNG's Seasonal Savings Program.

Projects include Forest Carbon, Landfill Gas Capture/Combustion, Industrial Process Emissions in locations such as Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Ohio, Maine, Georgia, and Illinois. Over 700 million pounds of CO2e offset to date.

- **Certified Low Emissions Gas**: Responsibly sourced natural gas with lower emissions during production. Partnered with MiQ, a not-for-profit organization for certifying natural gas.

- **Pricing**: $4.99 per month after promotional period. Promotional offer includes first 12 months free with qualifying plans, plus 5¢ per therm reward on fixed and variable rate plans or $2.50 per month reward on flat bill plans during promotional period.

### Senior Discount Program
Provides financial assistance to eligible senior citizens on their natural gas bills.

- **Eligibility**: Age 65 years or older with total annual combined household income of $30,120 or less. Must submit Senior Discount Application.

### Seasonal Savings Program
Benefits customers who disconnect and reconnect service seasonally, such as those with vacation homes or seasonal businesses.

- **Benefits**: Seasonal Reconnection Charge waived. Early termination charge waived if service disconnected within 45 days of expiration date while on program.

## Service Policies

GNG has established policies for service establishment, termination, disconnection, and other account-related matters.

### Service Establishment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Deposits up to $200 may be required based on credit criteria
- Deposits refunded after six consecutive months of good standing plus accrued interest if applicable

### Service Termination

### Switching Marketers

- **WaterSense Fixtures**: Use EPA WaterSense rated showerheads and faucets to reduce hot water usage and lower water and gas bills.
