### CCTV Operator (Level 2 Award)

### Close Protection (Level 3 Award)
For bodyguard and personal protection roles.
- Duration: 16-19 days

- This is an advanced qualification. Door Supervisor experience
  is strongly recommended before applying.

### SIA Refresher (Renewal Training - Mandatory from April 2025)
As of April 2025, refresher training is a mandatory legal requirement before SIA licence renewal.
- 2-day refresher: for candidates who completed original training
  within the last 5 years
- Full course: required if original training was more than 5 years ago

### First Aid at Work (Emergency First Aid)
Standalone or bundled with Door Supervisor course.
- Duration: 1 day
- Can be booked as a standalone course

## Eligibility Requirements

To book any SIA course a candidate must meet ALL of these:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
- Hold a valid form of photo ID (passport or driving licence)

There is no prior experience, qualification, or fitness requirement
to enrol on a Door Supervisor or Security Guard course.

## How Booking Works

1. Candidate visits getlicensed.co.uk
2. Selects course type, preferred location, and available date
3. Completes checkout and pays
4. Receives confirmation email and joining instructions within 24 hours
5. Attends course on the booked dates
6. Receives results within 5 working days of the final assessment
7. Applies to the SIA for their licence using the qualification certificate
