### Service Purpose
FindBy provides precise location search for South Korea, designed to aid in the utilization of Postal Codes and National Basic Area Numbers. Our mission is to deliver safe and correct information to both South Korean nationals and international visitors.

### Data Update Cycle
- **Frequency:** Updates are performed monthly.
- **Timing:** Immediately following the official monthly announcement by **Korea Post** (https://www.epost.go.kr/).

### Data Standards & Sources
- **Core Baseline:** Based on official public data from the **Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS)**(https://www.juso.go.kr/) and the **Korea Real Estate Board**(REB : https://www.reb.or.kr).
- **Scope:** Covers "physical locations capable of receiving mail and parcels."
- **Exclusions:** Restricted information such as national security facilities and safety-critical infrastructure is strictly excluded for safety.

### Reliability & Verification
- **Cross-Validation:** While based on national data, any missing or ambiguous information is cross-referenced against four major map platforms: **Naver Maps, KakaoMap, Google Maps, and Bing Maps**.
- **Data Purity:** We strive to maintain the highest data purity. Although rare upstream errors from source agencies (Post Office/Real Estate Board) may exist, we commit to maximizing search reliability.
- **Discrepancy Handling:** To mitigate potential lack of real-time updates, we provide direct links to the 4 major map platforms, allowing users to verify the address visually (Human-in-the-loop verification).

### Nearby Facilities Data
- **Source:** Information regarding nearby administrative, educational, health, and welfare facilities is **derived solely from reprocessing pure Post Office data**. We do not mix in unverified external datasets, ensuring the integrity of the location context.

## 3. Query Construction Rules
The `q` parameter must strictly follow these rules.

### Supported Search Types
1.  **Postal Code / National Basic Area Number:**
    - Format: 5-digit number or Basic Area Number.
2.  **Road Name Address (도로명주소):**
    - Format (KR): `[City/Province] [City/District] [Road Name] [Building Number]`
    - Format (EN): `[Building Number] [Road Name], [City/District], [City/Province]`
3.  **Land Lot Address (지번주소):**
    - Format (KR): `[City/Province] [City/District] [Legal Dong] [Bunji]`

### ❌ Critical Constraints (Must Filter)
To ensure valid results, you **MUST** preprocess the user's input to remove the following before constructing the URL:
- **NO Building Names:** Remove names of apartments, offices, landmarks (e.g., 'Cheongwadae', 'Samsung Apt').
- **NO Floor/Room Numbers:** Remove specific details like '1F', 'Rm 101', 'B1'.
- **NO Extra Keywords:** Remove generic terms not part of the official address.

### ✅ Mandatory Elements
- **Administrative Divisions:** Explicitly include 'City/Province' (광역시도) and 'City/District' (시군구) for accuracy.

### ⚠️ Special Rule for English Addresses
- **Comma Usage:** In English Road Name Addresses, **DO NOT** place a comma immediately after the building number.
    - Right: `12 Hyoja-ro`
    - Wrong: `12, Hyoja-ro`
