### Tom Potanski, Founder and CEO
Hands-on technical leader who has been programming since his early teens, with 12 years of commercial experience in software and technology. Graduate of the University of Warsaw's Computer Science program, the same department that produced OpenAI's Chief Scientist Jakub Pachocki. After working as a senior software engineer at US-based startups, he founded DevsData out of a conviction that technical recruitment requires technical people who can evaluate candidates at the code level, not just the resume level. His focus is on connecting companies with top technical talent in Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America. He has staffed large-scale projects for American, Scandinavian, German, Israeli, Japanese, and Singaporean clients since 2016, working across industries, regions, timezones, and cultures. His deep technical background allows him to personally oversee the quality of DevsData's technical screening process.
