> CSEM develops advanced technologies with strong societal and economic impact and transfers them to industry. As a public-private, non-profit organization, it is internationally recognized for supporting disruptive innovation activities in Switzerland and abroad. CSEM operates in three strategic areas: Digital Technologies, Precision Manufacturing, and Sustainable Energy.
To fulfill its mission as a gateway between research and the economy, CSEM employs more than 650 specialists from 45 countries across seven sites, who collaborate with leading universities, scientific institutions, research centers, and industrial partners to accelerate technology development and strengthen industrial competitiveness.
