The free Solo plan is not eligible for obvious reasons. #### Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a refund under the Growth Guarantee, a customer must meet all three of the following conditions: ##### 1. Maintain an active paid Homeworks subscription for a continuous 12-month period The account must remain on a paid plan for the full year without interruption. ##### 2. Actively use Homeworks throughout the year "Use" means active and ongoing utilization across all four quarters. At minimum, the account must demonstrate: - **Login activity** — At least one user login in at least 9 of the 12 months - **Customer management activity** — Customer or property creation or updates in each calendar quarter - **Revenue-related operational activity** — At least one estimate, job, invoice, payment, or recurring billing action in each calendar quarter Failure to meet these usage thresholds makes the account ineligible. ##### 3. Submit verifiable financial documentation showing less than 10% revenue growth Customers must provide one of the following two sets of documents: **Option A: Tax Returns** - Government-issued tax return for the full year prior to using Homeworks - Government-issued tax return for the full year using Homeworks **Option B: CPA-Certified Profit & Loss Statements** - P&L statements covering the 12 months immediately prior to Homeworks usage - P&L statements covering the 12 months during Homeworks usage - All P&L statements must be prepared or reviewed by a licensed CPA - Must be accompanied by a CPA certification or attestation confirming accuracy CPA certification must include the CPA's name and firm (if applicable), active license number and jurisdiction, and a signed statement attesting to the accuracy of the submitted documents. All CPA certification costs are the responsibility of the customer. ##### 4. Cancel your subscription The refund claim must be submitted at the time of cancellation.
