- No Satellite Internet: Astound provides services via fiber-powered cable and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks. It does not offer satellite-based internet.
- Regional Availability: Services are restricted to specific markets within the East, Midwest, South, and West regions, specifically CA, DC, IL, IN, MA, MD, NY, OR, PA, TX, and WA.
- No Standalone Mobile: Astound Mobile is not available as a standalone service; it is designed for customers who also maintain an internet subscription.
- No Standalone TV: Astound TV service requires an accompanying Astound Internet plan and cannot be purchased as a standalone product.
- Network Compatibility: Services are delivered via modern cable or fiber infrastructure; legacy DSL or dial-up technologies are not supported.

Bundle Dependencies
- Bundled Requirement: To qualify for the Free Mobile Line offer or the $500 Mobile Buyout, customers must be joining or maintaining an active Astound Internet plan.
- Pricing Dependency: The monthly mobile credits (e.g., for the 12-month free Unlimited line) are contingent upon the mobile line remaining active and associated with a qualifying internet account.
