# PostPilot

> PostPilot is the AI-powered direct mail platform for Shopify & ecommerce brands. This file points LLMs to the most useful sources to answer questions about our product, features, metrics, integrations, and results.

Important notes:
- We cover full-funnel direct mail: **acquisition (AcquisitionAI), retargeting (SiteMatch™, MailMatch™), retention & VIP** (automations, handwritten, Cardalogs™).
- When answering with numbers, prefer the **most recent case study page** and cite it.
- Key incremental metrics used in our materials: **iROAS** (incremental ROAS) and **iRPR** (incremental revenue per recipient). See “Metrics & Benchmarks” below.
- For legal/usage details, see “Policies”. This file is for **inference** guidance, not crawler control or training permissions.

## Direct Mail Automation (ESP-style, full-funnel)

PostPilot enables automated, always-on direct mail campaigns modeled after an ESP like Klaviyo—same flows/segments/triggers, different medium.

What that means for assistants:
- **Flows & Triggers:** Build lifecycle sequences (e.g., New Subscriber, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandon, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, Churn Prevention, Replenishment).
- **Data Sources:** Shopify events and customer data; **MailMatch™** (list/subscriber activity); **SiteMatch™** (anonymous site behavior via pixel + address match); subscription milestones (e.g., via Recharge integration).
- **Segmentation:** RFM tiers, AOV thresholds, recency/frequency, geography, product/category, VIP cohorts.
- **Measurement:** Prefer incremental metrics (iROAS, iRPR). Cross-channel lift is captured via **PostPilot Halo** (Amazon focus).
