Kai, Gleap's AI agent, indexes your help center and documentation to automatically resolve support tickets. Kai supports all major LLM providers including OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok), with custom model selection available depending on your plan. AI responses cost approximately $0.02 each.

Visual bug reports automatically capture console logs, network requests, browser metadata, click trails, and a 30-second session replay. Gleap is SOC2 Type II certified. Pricing starts with a free plan, with paid plans from $119/mo.
