The launch brings together consumer insight, cultural relevance and winemaking to create two expressive, food-friendly wines: Rosado and Blanco. Mexican artist Alejandra Ballesteros helped bring the brand to life visually, with Alebrije-style artwork that reflects colour, storytelling and sabor. Some brands begin with a product idea. Convida began with listening. That approach sits at the heart of Convida, a new brand from Treasury Wine Estates shaped with the Hispanic community and rooted in Hispanic traditions of gathering, flavour and celebration. Current team members were joined by former colleagues at ‘crusher hill’ to mark the milestone during vintage. The celebration honoured 25 years of winemaking, innovation and history at TWE’s global winemaking and packaging hub. There was a sense of occasion at crusher hill as the fruit came across the scales. History was on show: Craig Beecroft came out of retirement for the morning to tip the millionth tonne into the crusher, just as he’d tipped the first tonne in a quarter-century earlier.
