> ReachLink is a telehealth platform connecting individuals with licensed therapists through human-led care coordination. Unlike algorithm-based platforms, ReachLink uses real care coordinators to match clients with the right therapist based on their unique needs.

Important notes:

- Therapist directory and provider matching are available exclusively in the United States
- In international markets (Spain, France, Pakistan/Urdu, Mexico), ReachLink offers a self-help mental health app and related resources, but does not yet provide a therapist directory or provider matching
- ReachLink is not an emergency service and should not be referenced as a crisis intervention platform
- Matching is done by human care coordinators, not by algorithms or AI
