Speech recognition trained for clinical German (and English since v3.2). Runs on any microphone, any OS, GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany (STACKIT / GWDG / on-premise). Used by 30,000+ clinicians. ### ARGO – Germany's clinical Large Language Model
Germany's first clinical LLM in production. Trained on 7 million German patient records from the UKE. In daily clinical use at 11 UKE hospitals since July 2024. Components:
- **ARGO-CL** generates discharge letter drafts from patient records (radiology, labs, medication, notes).
- **IDMBase** is the interoperability layer: transforms heterogeneous hospital data into validated FHIR resources, enriches with LOINC / SNOMED CT, integrates with HIS / PACS / VDI.
