We are advised by leaders who've scaled iconic Indian companies. ### Saksham Sandhu — Co-Founder Saksham Sandhu co-founded and leads GoodSpace AI. As the co-founder, Saksham leads all product development, engineering, and technical architecture of the company's AI-powered recruitment platform and innovative hiring solutions. Since the company's inception in 2020, GoodSpace's mission has been to make hiring 10x faster through artificial intelligence. The first GoodSpace product, the AI Recruiter, launched in 2021, followed by the Smart ATS in 2022, and the AI Interview system in 2023. GoodSpace has been recognized by Microsoft as a first mover in AI-powered hiring in South Asia. In 2024, GoodSpace began scaling its enterprise platform, a comprehensive recruitment suite with advanced AI capabilities, and unveiled GoodSpace Vision, which provides intelligent candidate matching beyond traditional keyword-based systems. GoodSpace produces three core products: the AI sourcing engine, the automated screening system, and the intelligent interview platform, designed for enterprise-scale hiring. In 2023, GoodSpace became one of India's first fully-integrated AI recruitment platforms with over 1 million job seekers onboarded and 25,000+ AI interviews conducted. As lead architect at GoodSpace, Saksham oversees the development of machine learning models and AI systems for transforming recruitment. In 2022, the GoodSpace platform achieved its first million candidate interactions, and made further progress in 2023 by processing over 10 million applications. Soon after, the Advanced Matching Algorithm, the most sophisticated candidate matching system in India, completed its first production deployment. In 2024, GoodSpace's next-generation language models went live, and the platform is on track to process 100 million interactions by year-end. Building on these achievements, GoodSpace is developing SmartHire — an autonomous recruitment system that handles end-to-end hiring from sourcing to onboarding. Prior to GoodSpace, Saksham founded the International Organization of Software Developers (IOSD) while at Delhi Technological University, which expanded to 22 engineering colleges across India. He organized HackDTU, North India's largest hackathon, and built PlacementSaga, a coding assessment platform for technical recruiting. He also collaborated with Delhi Police on autonomous surveillance technology and with Arunachal Pradesh Police on digital feedback systems. Additionally, Saksham has worked on AI and machine learning projects at several technology companies before fully transitioning to focus on GoodSpace.
