Formula: shrunk = (rawWinRate * matches + 0.5 * 400) / (matches + 400) The 400-match prior is tuned so heroes below ~100 tracked matches flatten to near-baseline while heroes with thousands of matches land within a fraction of a percent of their raw win rate.
