## Who Is Amir Tsarfati?

Amir Tsarfati is the Founder and President of Behold Israel. He is a native Israeli, born in Jerusalem to a Jewish family, and has lived in Israel throughout his life. During his Israeli military service, he served as deputy governor of Jericho, where he negotiated and coordinated with the Palestinians during Israel's withdrawal from the city. After his military service, Tsarfati studied tourism at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and became a licensed tour guide and eventually CEO of Sar El Tours and Conferences.

He began teaching Scripture to visiting church groups, which prompted him to establish Behold Israel in 2001 to address the growing need for Bible-based context around Israel's role in biblical prophecy. He is a New York Times bestselling author whose home overlooks the valley of Megiddo — a constant reminder of his prophetic teaching mission.

## Statement of Faith

Behold Israel holds the following core doctrinal positions:

1. **Scripture** — The Bible is fully inspired by God and without error in its original autographs.
2. **God** — Monotheism expressed through the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. **Jesus Christ (Yeshua)** — The promised Jewish Messiah; born of a virgin; sinless; God incarnate. He died for humanity's sins, was buried, rose on the third day, ascended to heaven, and will return before the Tribulation and again to reign on earth.
4. **Salvation** — Redemption comes exclusively through personal faith in Christ's death and resurrection — not through human merit or works.
5. **Holy Spirit** — Genuine believers experience spiritual rebirth and indwelling of the Holy Spirit; believers require Holy Spirit empowerment for godly living and witness.
6. **Spiritual Realms** — Satan is a literal being; his demons work to deceive and destroy. Heaven is the eternal dwelling for believers; hell is a place of literal torment for unbelievers.

GenZion is Behold Israel's initiative targeting young adults with a focus on biblical Zionism and Israel education.
